In this video, TRX Director of Rip Training Pete Holman demonstrates some advanced tactical and combative Rip Training moves to break out at the end of a particularly trying day. The exercises require intensity and mental focus in equal measure in order to refine movement patterns and hone precision. For example, when a baseball player goes up to bat, he doesn’t come out swinging for the fences -- he patiently waits for a good pitch and strikes the ball with a precise and smooth movement. To develop precision and power, the player must practice the way he wants to perform in the game.
