We’re excited to launch our new TRX CORE® Challenge at IDEA World August 7-11 and you can be one of the first to try it. Drop by Booth 439 any day to compete for the top score against other fitness professionals. You’ll also find ongoing workouts, TRX Show Specials and the chance to win TRX gear and prizes.

The newest TRX challenge celebrates our recent launch of TRX CORE. This exclusive community for TRX Education graduates gives trainers the tools and resources they need to grow their business, get noticed and get clients, like ongoing training content, business tips, member discounts and more.

But for those of you who can’t make it to Los Angeles for all the fun, we brought in Todd Durkin from Fitness Quest 10 and trainer to elite athletes like Drew Brees, to motivate and push you through the TRX CORE Challenge. Grab both your TRX Suspension and Rip Trainer, or find a local TRX facility where you can use their equipment.

To execute the TRX CORE Challenge, perform each exercise as follows:

TRX Atomic Push-Up: Perform as many reps as possible in 40 seconds. Make sure your chest hits the towel for each rep to count.

Rest 40 seconds.

TRX Low Row: Perform as many reps as possible in 40 seconds. Your feet must be underneath the anchorpoint.

Rest 40 seconds.

Rip 90-Degree Jump Press (right side): Perform as many reps as possible in 40 seconds. Your arms must be straight; your feet must cross the tape (10.5 feet from the anchor point).

Rest 40 seconds.

Rip 90-Degree Jump Press (left side): Perform as many reps as possible in 40 seconds. Your arms must be straight; your feet must cross the tape.

The goal of the TRX CORE Challenge: Do as many reps as possible. Add up your completed reps for each exercise and the cumulative number represents your TRX CORE Challenge score. See how you stack up with fellow TRXers and post your score to Facebook and Twitter (@TRXtraining) using #TRX.
