Last week, we heard dozens of bold 2012 fitness goals from TRXers on our Facebook page, ranging from completing 10 chin-ups to finishing six marathons in five days.

If you’re struggling to come up with an attainable 2012 fitness goal, we have some inspiration in the form of exclusive videos with three of our TRX athletes talking about their goals: Superbowl MVP Drew Brees, Ironman champ Tyler Stewart and MMA up-and-comer “All American” Brian Stann. Check out what they had to say:

We also stopped by the TRX Training Center in San Francisco to ask our trainers and members about their 2012 aspirations. Here are some highlights from those interviews:

As for those of us at TRX, we’re excited for the coming year. We have big plans for the 2012 Olympics, new workout and training plans on the horizon and tons of work going into improving the programs and products we already offer. Our fitness goals are pretty diverse; they include climbing a 5.12, completing the TRX 40/40 Challenge, kayaking a class 5 river and gaining 10 pounds of solid muscle.

Take control of your 2012 and proclaim your fitness goal now. What are you training for?

No matter what your goal or fitness focus is in 2012, chances are we have a workout bundle to match. Check them out in the TRX Shop where they're 15% off for the new year.
