After 22 successful years as a commodities trader, Ed Reardon of Northfield, Illinois decided to follow his lifelong passion for fitness by launching Results 22, a TRX Training business, out of his home. Within nine months, and without any marketing, demand for Results 22 grew and necessitated a move to a 7,500-square-foot warehouse.
Follow a lifelong passion for fitness and start a training business from scratch that had the potential to expand to meet a variety of clients’ needs. He wanted to make a living doing what he loved. As demand increased, he wanted to grow at a rate to meet this demand while incurring minimal cost.
Reardon started by making himself an expert in TRX Suspension Training and used his knowledge to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. He used the TRX Suspension Trainer as the nail to hang his practice on because of its versatility, scalability, and portability. When Reardon moved Results 22 to a larger commercial facility, the logical choice was to use TRX equipment to create a full scale TRX Training Zone.
In nine months, Results 22 expanded at a rapid pace, and Reardon has been able to grow his business to meet demand while still maintaining the personal attention to his clients and high energy environment that he believes contributes to his success. He has used TRX at every stage in the process and recouped his investment within weeks.
