This made me so mad. It's not a cheap DVD, and I almost fell over when I was done with the first workout in, what, maybe 10 minutes? I thought maybe it was a warm-up for the second, which would surely be more comprehensive. Nope! Also extremely short. And that's all there is to this DVD. Maddening! What a waste of money. That's two of your DVDs so far in which I've been very disappointed. I'm not in tip-top shape, and they're both fairly easy for me. I guess I'll try the military workout at some point... but if the same thing happens-- too short and too easy-- I'm just gonna scream. I want something challenging and something that, when I finish, I go, whew! and feel proud of myself, and feel done for the day.

3 out of 53 out of 53 out of 53 out of 53 out of 5 Documentation needs Work 5-27-2010 by Dick Pearson from Arvada, CO

We have used the TRX Basic Training for several weeks and wanted to expand our exercise menu. Core Strength Vol1 offers the new exercises we wanted and gave good examples on the DVD. However, the written documentation falls far short of the quality level of the TRX Basic Training package. The details needed to do the exercises are sparse. Also, adaptations for beginning, intermediaate and advanced levels are missing. Finally, the plastic fold-up style documentation is hard to use and is too reflective. Bottom line, the exercises are good but it takes a lot of thought and experimentation to figure out how to do them. After all, not everyone iinstinctively knows how to do these exercises nor, does everyone have a DVD player by their TRX.

Was very disappointed with this video. Throughout many of your other videos you have some very good core exercises that were never touched on during this video. I though this video might be a compilation of all the different core exercises. This was nothing more than some warm ups, mostly abdominal exercises (which I do understand the core is activated) and only a few pure core exercises. You guys can do a better job and need to if you want people to keep spending their hard earned money. Steven J Auferoth, MS, H/FD, cPT, CSCS, PFT
