This video was too similar to the Basic Training Video that you receive with the Pro Pack and it was not very intense.

After being disappointed with Core Vol. 1, this is perfect! The length is great an despite what other reviewers have said you can make it easier or hard depending on how you do the exercises. Jessi is a great coach and I wish she would have more videos!

I really enjoyed the style of instruction in this video. Other reviewers were dissapointed that this wasn't a great workout. Personally, I am not looking for workouts when I buy DVDs. I want to learn the exercises, so I can incorporate them in my own training. I hate the idea of putting on a video and moving along. This video was nice and at a relaxed pace, no ADHD instructors, overall enjoyable to watch and instructive.
