As a performance specialist for professional surfers -Ryan Seelback & Adam Melling this tool is a must have! Surfing requires total body movement and ability to resist forces from multiple directions- This piece of equipment specificaly relates to surfing as the body has to react and maintain balance using such exercises as a TRX single leg chest press simulating a duckdive. My professional surfers use the TRX in the motel room before and after a days competition for preperation and regeneration.

I´ve been using TRX for a certain time (I´m a triathlete and a surfer too) and it´s a great tool to get in shape. But I really think that the goal of this video could be achieved by any of the the other general purpose videos, and maybe the results will be even better. For a surfer trying to get improvements in his sport out of the water there´s nothing better and more specific than a balance board. If you really want to get results when you go to Pipeline, train using a balance board and exercise with TRX using any of the general purpose videos, and you will be ready to have fun.
