I like this workout .. but my biggest problem is that as you're getting the know the exercises they call them out without any explanation and with out any attention to what length the straps should be set to for a given exercise. I guess they expect you to know all of these things before you begin.. not in my opinion the best way to get everyone working out.

The biggest beef I've got against this workout video are the interviews in the "workout" section and the lack of a structured warm-up. Other videos I've used in the past warm you up, work you out, and cool you down. Any additional fluff is in a different section of the DVD. I hope you've found this helpful.
After having been put through the wringer on Ropes and Straps Round 1, I was expecting the same intensity on round 2. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. The jump rope intervals were a bit too short at 30 seconds. I felt they should have gone to 45 or even 60 seconds as in the original. My other disappointment was in the length of the actual workout, which was only about 35 minutes. Other than these shortcomings, the workout was fairly intense and had a few new exercises which I hadn't tried before. Dont get me wrong. Most people will be fairly challenged by this DVD, but compared to Round 1, it was a bit of a letdown.
