With four lesson plans and more than 30 TRX exercises, this course delivers everything you need to lead TRX Suspension Training in a TRX Cardio Tennis class. You will also learn the principles and benefits of Suspension Training, how to properly perform and cue exercises and how to modify and regress exercises to accommodate any fitness level.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to:
- Teach a TRX Cardio Tennis class from the four TRX Cardio Tennis Lesson Plans
- Correctly set up and use the TRX Suspension Trainer in the tennis environment
- Demonstrate and cue TRX Cardio Tennis exercises
- Progress and regress exercises for all fitness levels
PREREQUISITES: There are no prerequisites to take a TRX Level 1 Professional Education Course. Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will only be applied to certified fitness professionals. Completion of this course will qualify you for Level 2 Courses.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS (CECS) AND COURSE QUALIFICATION
Upon completion of a TRX Cardio Tennis Training (CTSTC) Course, you will be a TRX Qualified Trainer. You will receive an electronic version of your TRX Qualification, which can be printed for your records and redeemed for CECs. The provider number and number of credits can be found on your Qualification and redeemed on the provider’s website.
CTSTC Graduates will receive CECs from the following organizations: ACE 0.8, AFAA 7.0, AFLCA 7.0, USPTA 4.0, canfitpro 4.0, NASM 0.7, PTA Global 7.0, PTR 5.0 (ACSM accepts ACE CECs)
Note: Following this course one will be Qualified to teach the TRX portion of any TRX Cardio Tennis class. To be qualified to teach the tennis portion of a Cardio Tennis class, one must become a Licensed Cardio Tennis Professional.
