I bought this DVD and I find that it was helpful in understanding the basic set up and usage of TRX suspension. However, I was quite surprised not to find a written manual and I thought it was standard issue for all their DVD. I wished they have made a written manual so I could take it with me as reference. Overall, I am pleased with the DVD and its content.
I took the class and the dvd is a good supplement to that, as the class was fast paced and it was impossible to retain all of the info. In a couple of shots, the view was blocked by someone standing in front of the camera. It was good to see that the trainers who were observing needed to be shown how to do things, as the use of the TRX is not an intuitive undertaking.
