I bought this video based on the reviews I saw here. This workout is horrible. Never I have been more turned off by a host in a workout video or a participant. The host wants to create a serene "yoga like" atmosphere, yet the participant just wants to "chat it up" about everything she's feeling. Sorry, but it's so grating that I can't watch it anymore. Look for my copy on Ebay.
