The Sports Medicine Suspension Training Course enhanced my knowledge and practical TRX suspension training methodology. My target clientele are older and all have "issues". Personally, as an ex-athlete, I own all the injuries + more that were covered in the course, thus I can relate to the "issues". The course was thoughtfully laid out and nicely paced. The instructor, Seth, was attentive to all, articulated clearly each element and facilitated the discussions like an orchestra conductor. Working with chiropractors, therapists and the other trainers rounded out the stimulating learning experience. I wish that I had the TRX Suspension therapeutic training programs to assist my recoveries. Gratefully, it is now part of my daily life. This course should be required for all trainers, therapists, chiropractors etc. I will be the first in line when you offer the Rip Trainer Sports Medicine Training Course. There are many Rip elements that would benefit a recuperative training program combined with the Suspension elements.
