Product Details

With the versatility of TRX Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise you’ll have a fitness solution for any client. You'll learn how to properly perform and cue foundational Suspension Training exercises as well as the benefits and target muscles of the exercises and modifications and progressions to adapt the exercises to every fitness level. Completion of this course will also qualify you for Level 2 courses.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Properly perform over 70 Suspension Training exercises
  • Progress and regress exercises for all fitness levels
  • Adjust resistance and stability for all exercises
  • Cue and correct common faults
  • Correctly set up and use the TRX Suspension Trainer
  • Join the official TRX Directory of trainers and facilities.

CEC List:
Fitness professionals can earn CECs with the completion of the TRX Suspension Training Course from the following organizations: ACE 0.7, NASM 0.7, AFAA 5.5, AFLCA (CAN) 7.0, Can Fit Pro 4.0, NESTA 0.8, PTA Global 8.0, ISSA 7.0, IYCA 3.5, BCRPA 7.0, Fitness Australia 7.0, PA Australia 2.0, SkillsActive REPS 8.0, and REPS 9.0.(ACSM accepts ACE CECs)

COURSE MATERIALS: You will receive a Suspension Training Course (STC) Manual on the day of the course.

ONLINE CHECKOUT: At checkout, please select “online delivery” as your shipping method. Note: Nothing will be shipped to you unless you are purchasing additional products - for which, you will be charged standard shipping charges.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS (CECS): Upon completion of a TRX Suspension Training Course, you will receive an electronic version of your TRX Qualification, which can be printed for your records and redeemed for CECs.

COURSE LOCATION DETAILS: Please take a moment to confirm that the course selected for purchase is at your intended location. Visit the courses page and click on the facility name for more information on each specific course location.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Course registration fees are non-refundable. Should TRX cancel the course, for any reason, registrants will receive a complete refund. Requests to change registration from one course to another must be made to TRX by email at education@trxtraining.com at least 14 days before the course date. Requests made less than 14 days before the course dates are subject to a $100.00 rescheduling fee. Registrants may transfer their course registration to someone else for a $50.00 fee.

All Registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a course Qualification or continuing education credits (CECs). Any registrant missing 90 minutes or more of the course will be ineligible to receive a Qual and CECs. No refunds or credits, whether partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.
