I've installed 3 of these mounts. 2 are on 10-ft ceilings and one is on a lower basement ceiling. The hardest part is locating the beam to mount it on. I suggest using a stud finder and drill tiny pilot holes every inch across the width to locate the edges of the beam. That way you can make sure the mount is installed in the middle. After working with TRX on a doorframe, this mount allowed fuller range of motion and gave me more confidence to go harder without the fear of my door breaking in half (ok, that was a little dramatic but you get the point). I highly recommend this product.

The Xmount is a simple and effective way to anchor your TRX. Some people may suggest going to a hardware store buying cheaper materials, but the bottom line that this product is backed by TRX/Fitness Anywhere. If you're serious about your suspension training, buy this product.

no surprise that the workout equipment industry generates billions on the hopes of results. you can't be angry at what this company charges. if you think its too much then don't buy the product. you get what you pay for in most cases. don't be bitter.
