We put together two of our most demanding lower body exercises, the TRX Lunge and the TRX Hip Press to create a true test of your lower body strength and endurance.
To execute the TRX Lower Body Challenge perform these TRX exercises as follows:
TRX Lunge Right Leg: 40 reps is the target.
If you can’t reach that goal, perform as many reps as possible.
Rest 1 min.
TRX Lunge Left Leg: 40 reps is the target.
If you can’t reach that goal, perform as many reps as possible.
Rest 1 min.
TRX Hip Press: 40 reps is the target.
If you can’t reach that goal, perform as many reps as possible.
The goal of TRX Lower Body Challenge is to perform 40 consecutive reps of each exercise with impeccable form, so as soon form begins to break down, rest, then move on to the next exercise.
Combine this with the TRX 40/40 Challenge and you’ll have one time efficient total body workout.
