This punishing total-body challenge was initially designed for TRX Athlete and UFC fighter, Brian “All American” Stann. The TRX Mission Readiness Challenge consists of five, one-minute rounds of some of our most intense TRX exercises. Get after it.
To execute the TRX Mission Readiness Challenge perform these TRX exercises as follows:
TRX Hamstring Curl: Perform as many reps as possible in 1 min.
Rest 30 sec.
TRX Low Row: Perform as many reps as possible in 1 min.
Rest 30 sec.
TRX Lunge Right Leg: Perform as many reps as possible in 1 min.
Rest 30 sec.
TRX Lunge Left Leg: Perform as many reps as possible in 1 min.
Rest 30 sec.
TRX Atomic Pike: Perform as many reps as possible in 1 min.
