Do you train like a Champion? Here is your chance to see how you measure up against 18-time World Medalist Natalie Coughlin. This Challenge consists of four, 30-second rounds of some of Natalie’s favorite TRX exercises for building power and strength.

To execute the TRX Natalie Coughlin Challenge perform these TRX exercises as follows:

 

TRX Chest Press (feet directly under anchor point): Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds

 

Rest 30-seconds

 

TRX Split Deltoid Fly (feet together): Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds

 

Rest 30 seconds

 

TRX Step Side Lunge Left Leg: Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds

 

Rest 30 seconds

 

TRX Step Side Lunge Right Leg: Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds

 

Your score is the total number of reps you complete with perfect form. Watch this video to see Natalie show you how it’s done.

How to Submit Video

Before you can submit a challenge video to TRXtraining.com, you must first upload your video to Youtube and be signed in to your TRXtraining.com account. Then execute the following step

1) Click "Submit Video Entry"

2) Enter your score in the box that says "Enter score"

3) Paste the URL of your Youtube video in the field that says "Link Video"

4) Click "Submit Your Entry"

Your video will not instantly appear.

A notification will go to the TRXtraining.com administrators for approval.

Please do not resubmit for at least 48hours.
