To execute the TRX Natalie Coughlin Challenge perform these TRX exercises as follows:
TRX Chest Press (feet directly under anchor point): Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds
Rest 30-seconds
TRX Split Deltoid Fly (feet together): Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
TRX Step Side Lunge Left Leg: Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
TRX Step Side Lunge Right Leg: Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds
