Busy airports and airline food, late night meetings and events are among a host of other travel related disruptions to daily home routines that stand in the way of eating healthy and staying fit while on the road.
The key is to plan ahead.

We tend to overindulge food and beverage intake when our home routine is disrupted and business travelers can develop an "expense account" mentality, so it will take a conscious effort to maintain proper nutrition by making wise food choices.
