Pioneer Fitness Center has found measurable success after incorporating TRX TEAM as part of their corporate wellness program.

Overtime Fitness

Overtime Fitness in Mountain View, California is a unique, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness club that combines the intimate feel of a personal training studio with the flexibility and options of a larger fitness club. They wanted to draw more non-dues revenue by expanding their small group training while maximizing their existing resources and saving space. They turned to TRX to sort it out. 

Results 22

After 22 successful years as a commodities trader, Ed Reardon of Northfield, Illinois decided to follow his lifelong passion for fitness by launching Results 22, a TRX Training business, out of his home. Within nine months, and without any marketing, demand for Results 22 grew and necessitated a move to a 7,500-square-foot warehouse.

TRX School

Homewood-Flossmoor High School is located just outside of Chicago, Illinois. Head strength coach Coach Steve Szymkowiak, MA, CSCS, ATC (aka Coach Szymko) imagined a radically different high school physical education program using functional bodyweight exercises to support sports specific training.


In an effort to help members increase their overall fitness to improve durability, the Avondale Estates Swim and Tennis Club began offering on-court TRX Suspension Training classes to all levels of tennis players.

The Aspen Club

The Aspen Club in Aspen, Colorado is a popular destination for all types of fitness needs from preseason conditioning for skiers and snowboarders to sports medicine to pampering. In an effort to expand their group training, they incorporated TRX Rip™ Training and found huge success.

Small Group

With 4,700 membership units, Hockessin Athletic Club (HAC) is one of the largest fitness facilities on the east coast. They were looking for a way to bridge the gap between their large-scale, free group exercise classes and their one-on-one, fee-based personal training. TRX small group training turned out to be a perfect solution, selling out 15 classes a week and recouping their initial investment within the first month of launch. 

Infantry Training Battalion, School of Infantry West

In an effort to find the optimal tool for maintaining peak operational readiness while in a challenging school-house training environment, the Infantry Training Battalion, School of Infantry West conducted a study of 200 Marines who used the TRX FORCE Kit as their primary source of physical training and compared it to a group of Marines who used the standard “free-range” physical training methods. The group that used the TRX FORCE Kit showed far better results than that of the control group. 

Kandahar Airfield

TRX proved to be a successful fitness solution for the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th mountain division during a three-year deployment in Afghanistan and Iraq. The TRX Suspension Trainer was a practical and comprehensive alternative to carrying heavy weights while deployed to maintain peak mission readiness.

Task Force Spartan

Task Force Spartan was looking for a way to implement an effective physical training program for their forward deployed units while in combat rotation. After seeing a TRX FORCE presentation at an NSCA TSAC conference, Col. David Haight urged his staff to acquire one Suspension Trainer per squad (400 total). This broad incorporation of TRX Training enabled TF Spartan to not only maintain their physical conditioning while deployed—they found that their fitness levels were significantly improved through the use of TRX Training.
