WHAT TIME ZONE ARE THE COURSES?

Our Virtual and Live courses are offered globally. Please note the time zone listed in the course schedule.

DO I NEED A SUSPENSION TRAINER™?

Your instructor will take you through an interactive experience using a genuine TRX® Suspension Trainer™. It is assumed that all registrants participating will have a genuine TRX® product of any generation for the live training to take full advantage of the program. Only genuine TRX® products offer all of the patented features--unfortunately, substitutes may not allow you to do the full range of the training. For example, only TRX® Suspension Trainers™ have the anchor limiter.

CAN I USE A NON-TRX BRANDED TRAINER?

This course is specific to the TRX® Suspension Trainer™ and its functionality. The TRX team cannot speak to the safety or functionality of other suspension training systems in the marketplace. Please be advised, TRX is not liable for any injury or issue that arises with the use of a non-authenticated TRX Suspension Trainer in conjunction with the TRX curriculum.

I ORDERED A TRX® SUSPENSION TRAINER™ - WHAT IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVE IN TIME?

It is recommended that you have access to a TRX Suspension Trainer during the live training to take full advantage of the education.

 

If you would like to move to a later date to ensure you have your straps, we are happy to reschedule your course. Please let us know what date works for you and email us at education@trxtraining.com

CAN I TAKE THE VIRTUAL COURSE WITH A GROUP/PARTNER?

Yes, you may take the course with a partner, but each participant is required to be registered for the course and logged into Zoom individually under the associated email address provided during course registration.

 

You may, however, share a Suspension Trainer during the course, working back and forth as partners. 

WILL I RECEIVE CECs FOR TAKING YOUR COURSES?

CECs will be granted to those who attend the entire live course, and complete and pass the online exam (if applicable).

 

Please see each course description to verify the specific number of CECs available per course.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY VIRTUAL COURSE?

You should have received a confirmation email upon registration with a link to access the course via Zoom.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY COURSE MATERIALS?

You should have received a confirmation email upon registration with a copy of your digital course manual. Please check your spam folder.

WHAT WILL I NEED FOR MY COURSE?

You will need a fully-charged electronic device along with your digital course manual, downloaded or printed, so you can follow along and take notes.

 

For a virtual course, your Suspension Trainer should be anchored and ready to go. This is an interactive experience - please wear athletic clothing and be ready to sweat!

I AM INJURED OR UNABLE TO PERFORM THE EXERCISES - SHOULD I STILL ATTEND?

TRX courses do assume participation; HOWEVER, not participating does not disqualify you. You may still 'attend' the course, participate where you can, take notes, and apply your learnings when you can get back on your Suspension Trainer.

 

There is no practical assessment in the course.

DURING COURSE
HOW DO I CHECK IN FOR ATTENDANCE?

FOR VIRTUAL COURSES:  We will be tracking attendance based on your log into Zoom and the number of minutes attended during the course.

 

*Do not worry if you used a different email address to access the Zoom webinar--we will cross reference both names and email addresses with your registration.


FOR LIVE COURSES:  Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the course to check in with your instructor.

FOR MY VIRTUAL COURSE: CAN THE INSTRUCTORS SEE OR HEAR ME?
No, both video and microphone will be disabled for participants throughout the course to avoid disruption.
FOR MY VIRTUAL COURSE: THE CHAT BOX IS DISABLED, HOW CAN I ASK A QUESTION?

The chat box will be disabled for most of the course. The instructors will enable it intermittently to hear from you.

 

The Q&A box will be open throughout the entire course - please direct any questions here.

FOR MY VIRTUAL COURSE: WILL THERE BE A RECORDING AVAILABLE AFTER MY COURSE?
No, there will not be a distributed recording of the course; however, there will be supporting materials available in your TRX account following your course completion.
IS THERE AN EXAM?

For virtual courses, yes, there is a 50-question, multiple choice exam that requires an 80% passing rate.

 

48 hours after the course, you will receive an attendance confirmation email prompting you to take the exam. You will be allowed 3 retakes.

IS THE EXAM TIMED?
No, the exam is not timed and you will have access to the exam for 2 weeks.
AFTER COURSE
I COMPLETED THE COURSE- WHAT'S NEXT?
Following completion of your LIVE or VIRTUAL TRX course, you will be required to complete an online multiple choice exam (50 questions, 80% passing grade required). To access your exam along with post course review materials please log into your TRX account here.
I TRIED TO LOG INTO MY TRX ACCOUNT - IT SAYS “INVALID USER ID AND/OR PASSWORD”

Please be sure that your caps lock is disabled, and that you are using the same email address with which you purchased the course.

 

If needed, you may click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password.

I TRIED TO LOG INTO MY TRX ACCOUNT - IT SAYS “USER DOES NOT EXIST”

Please be sure you are using the same email address with which you purchased the course.

I LOGGED INTO MY TRX ACCOUNT AND MY PROFILE IS SHOWING NO COURSES IN PROGRESS

Please be sure you are logging in with the same email address with which you purchased the course.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY EXAM?

Within 48 hours of your course, you will receive an attendance confirmation email with a link to access your exam. Please check your spam folder.

I PASSED THE EXAM HOW DO I GET MY CERTIFICATE?

Congratulations on passing your course!

 

To access your certificate, log into your TRX account and access your Continuing Education tab. From your list of Completed Courses, click the gearbox on the far right and select ‘Print Certificate’.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY NAME ON MY CERTIFICATE OR ON MY ACCOUNT?

To update your name, log into your TRX account to access your Account Details by clicking on the upper right menu icon and selecting ‘My Account’.

 

*Changes will be reflected once you log out and back in again.

HOW DO I SET UP MY TRX DIRECTORY PROFILE?

After passing your exam, you will receive a completion email which contains an invite link to create your profile.

 

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive it, please email us at education@trxtraining.com with your full name and course date and time.

HOW DO I EDIT MY TRX DIRECTORY PROFILE?
To edit your profile, log into your TRX account and access your Account Details by clicking on the upper right icon and selecting ‘My Account’. Click on the ‘Trainer Profile’ button to edit your profile.
CAN I CALL MYSELF TRX CERTIFIED™?

If you successfully complete your TRX In-Person ™ or TRX Virtual Course™ along with the associated exam, you will gain access to a Certificate of Completion along with CECs. In order  to gain access to TRX Trademarks, logos, branding, and to hold the credential of TRX Certified™ you will need to join and remain an active member of TRX CORE®. Joining TRX CORE® will allow you to use the TRX® marks in association with your personal business, and also provide you with the ongoing content, business tools, and opportunities to scale your business alongside the TRX brand, while joining our amazing TRX community.

TRX CORE® is a subscription-based community designed to equip trainers with the skills, business tools, brand platform, and community support to ensure success in the industry. TRX CORE® is available for anyone to join, and has various levels of subscription to provide you the package that best suits your personal and business needs.
WHAT ARE THE MONTHLY FEES & CANCELLATION DETAILS?

The TRX CORE® monthly fees vary based on the subscription level. Please check TRX CORE® for package options. TRX CORE® is a non-refundable product. You may cancel your membership anytime with written notification at least 15 days prior to billing.

TRX CORE® members will gain access to hundreds of archived videos upon joining TRX CORE®, and new videos (exercises, sequences, coaching tips, business tricks, and more) on a weekly basis.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A CORE MEMBER?

DO I NEED TO TAKE A TRX IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL COURSE TO JOIN TRX CORE®?

You will be invited to join TRX CORE® upon completion of any LIVE or VIRTUAL TRX course.

ARE THERE REFUNDS? CAN I TRANSFER OR SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP? CAN I PLACE A MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?

TRX CORE® is a non-refundable product. You may cancel your membership with a written notification at least 15 days prior to billing. To cancel, please email education@trxtraining.com.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to pause or transfer memberships at this time. Each TRX Trainer must have their own membership to take advantage of the personalized information connected with their course qualifications and account. All memberships are linked to specific course registration information of the individual TRX CORE® member.
