We also offer a 100% money-back, satisfaction guarantee and a one-year limited replacement warranty in the unlikely event of defects in the product’s materials or manufacturing. If you are unhappy with your TRX product, send it back for an exchange or a refund. It’s that easy. Due to the nature of our Instant Video Downloads, they are final sale and cannot be returned. Why isn't my discount code working on all products in my Shopping Cart?

Not every product is eligible for a discount. Each product page and promotion will disclose this information. In general, bundles are never eligible for further discount. Susan G. Komen products are also ineligible. Regarding tiered discounts, all items in the cart will contribute towards the total and so increase the savings that items eligible for a discount will receive. For example, a bundle which is ineligible for discounting may put you over a $300 tier for an even bigger discount on other, eligible items in your order.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

We make every effort to get your order out of our door and into yours as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be modified once they are received. If you would like to add something to your order, please either place another one or contact our customer service team and they will help get you taken care of.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I live outside of the United States. Will I have to pay extra fees to receive my product?

All of the prices on our website are listed in US dollars. Additional charges vary by country. Any customs, tariffs, or additional taxes are not included with the shipment cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

How do I register my product?

The first step in registering your authentic TRX product is to either log in to your account (for existing customers) or create a new account (for new customers). Once you have accessed your account, you will be prompted to enter the serial number from either your TRX Suspension Trainer or TRX Rip Trainer. Where do I find the token to access my content?

Each authentic TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer will arrive with a token card in the box. Simply follow the instructions, starting with logging in to your account, to access your content.

How do I know which product is right for me?
