Chris is here to lead us through a 30 minute total body recovery session! We are going to focus on 8 movements using the TRX Straps to gain mobility throughout our whole body.
Chris is back with another 30 miunute Recovery session that will focus on the upper body and specifically the shoulders. Get your TRX Straps set up and get ready to roll!
Chris has a 15 minute recovery workout that will focus on core activation and overall mobility using the TRX Straps. We will also work up a little sweat in the middle of the session.
