Join Charlotte for a 45 minute Conditioning + Recovery session using the TRX Straps. We will work through 30 minutes of total body conditioning and then slow things down with 15 minutes of recovery to get you relaxed before the week starts!
Charlotte has another 45 minute workout where the first 30 minutes will be focused on total body conditioning and the last 15 minutes will be an extended recovery flow. You will need your TRX Straps and a mat!
