Introducing the TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training Course - Level 2. This advanced course will build on your existing TRX knowledge and take it one step further. In Level 2, you will learn how to incorporate TRX Suspension Training into the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal diseases or disabilities. Completion of this course will also allow you to:


  • Competently demonstrate and teach back TRX Sports Medicine exercises and modifications
  • Learn treatments for common injuries through case scenario formats
  • Provide therapeutic and preventative exercise applications for common musculoskeletal injuries
  • Correctly set up and use the TRX Suspension Trainer
  • Join the official TRX Directory as a Level 2 graduate


For Level 2 courses, you’re required to complete a Level 1 Suspension Training Course (e.g. TRX Suspension Training Course, TRX Group Suspension Training Course or Rip Training Course) or be a licensed healthcare professional* (ATC, DC, PT, OT, MD, PTA).
