Very easy to use-nice illustration-As a Persnal Trainer with a Master's degree, I found this to be very informative.
We've gotten these posters up since my last review ... I use them just about every day! the strength workout on Tue, Thu, Sat, and the flexibility workout on Mon, Wed, Fri ... If I haven't just returned from a run, etc, I start with the warm-up piece from the All Body Xpress DVD before following the moves on the poster ...
