This was a really good workout for my sore back - a good mix of stretches that I am incorporating into other TRX work outs - and strength.
The exercises are sufficient for both preventative care and treatment alike. As a personal trainer I am always looking for materials that expand my knowledge. The focus on alignment and the teaching of the many benefits of each exercise along with the all important WHY each exercise is important is ideal for both professionals and amateurs. If you don't have this video in your library, purchase now.
It's a wonderful learning video. Especially for Level 4 Personal Trainers that specialise in joint and back pain. I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer at the moment. And I can see the benefits of this video. Maybe one day if I qualify as a Level 4 PT, I would use these skills on my clients.
The exercises are very good, and are a nice combination of workout and stretching. The only problem I have with this video is that there is too much talking between the exercises, making it take longer than necessary. If this one came with a .pdf version, I would definitely use that.
