Tough work out good conditioning. Nice transition from Boot Camp 1. I would definitely purchase additional DVD's in this series. Step up from Insanity and Asylum type work outs I have used in the past.

It is nothing earth shattering but it gives a you a good sweat.

Amazing workout. Really boosts your fitness level. Recommended also before the ski season. To Improve: Instructor should mention breifly TRX length adjustment before every exercise.
