It is nothing earth shattering but it gives a you a good sweat.

Amazing workout. Really boosts your fitness level. Recommended also before the ski season. To Improve: Instructor should mention breifly TRX length adjustment before every exercise.

I like this workout, it's a good length and flows nicely. It's much more enjoyable to use than the other TRX videos I have bought because it's actually a real time workout whereas the others claim to be a real time workout but feel more like step by step instructions to learn to do the workout without the video. I just wish TRX would make workout suggestions for what days to do each workout and have a few options so you can change it up every few weeks. I like the TRX system over P90x/insanity etc but at least those programs tell people exactly what they need to be doing each day which is good for people like me who don't know the best way to stack workouts for best results. The TRX Force app gives you four days a week but what do you do after the 12 weeks? And perhaps some suggestions for the remaining three days like a running program, TRX yoga or one of the TRX cardio workouts.
