Really like the course, you have definitely to take it if you want a great tool to progress or even regress on your yoga moves
This training was a great combination of TRX and yoga! Since I already have training in both fields, this online training was a logical next step. It provided a clear review of basic TRX, and then demonstrated excellent progressions for many yoga poses. I was excited to take this idea back to my club as an idea to present to our clients. The online materials and videos were very helpful!
love yoga now is great for me ,i love running all most 4 to 5 time week 5 km to 21 km and need lot stretching get old .I teach TRX in the gym personal training and teach pilates class and some new teach in the tooll box.
I wanted more online tutorial. Felt like I just scratched the surface with this training. Will this be delivered as a in person course?
