Expand your marketability and master small group training coaching techniques in this hands-on eight-hour course, previously our TRX TEAM course. Building on the foundational Suspension Training knowledge introduced in your course, you will develop coaching skills to effectively lead small group training programs in any setting.
You will learn how to lead and modify three small group Suspension Training workouts that can be used in any boot camp or personal training program, including: a strength-based workout; a high-intensity interval workout; and a mind-body workout combining flexibility, mobility and yoga-inspired movements.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Effectively lead three new TRX small group training workouts
- Modify workouts using TRX Soft Skills, which will enable you to facilitate groups of any size
- Properly integrate TRX Hard Skills, to apply your Suspension Training knowledge and cueing techniques into small group training formats
PREWORK AND POSTWORK:
Curriculum is a three-part training program composed of two online modules and one live 8-hour course. Participants will receive the course pre-work 5 days before the course. Upon successful completion of the entire curriculum, participants will receive Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and a TRX Qualification.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS (CECS) AND COURSE QUALIFICATION:
Upon completion of a TRX Group Training Course, you will receive an electronic version of your TRX Qualification, which can be printed for your records and redeemed for CECs. The provider number and number of credits can be found on your Qualification and redeemed on the provider’s website.
Course Education Graduates will receive CECs from the following organizations: ACE 0.8, NASM 0.7, AFAA 6.0, NSCA 0.7, canfitpro 4.0, PTA Global 8.0, SkillsActive REPS 12, (ACSM accepts ACE CECs)
You will receive an invitation to take the pre-work 5 days before the course. You will receive a manual on the day of the course.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Course registration fees are non-refundable. Should TRX cancel the course, for any reason, registrants will receive a complete refund. Requests to change registration from one course to another must be made to TRX by email at email@example.com at least 14 days before the course date. Requests made less than 14 days before the course dates are subject to a $100.00 rescheduling fee. Registrants may transfer their course registration to someone else for a $50.00 fee.
All Registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a course Qualification or continuing education credits (CECs). Any registrant missing 90 minutes or more of the course will be ineligible to receive a Qual and CECs. No refunds or credits, whether partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.

I use the TRX Suspension trainer with clients on a 1:1 basis, but I will be leading a regularly scheduled small group TRX Suspension class in the fall, and this course really helped me to refine my cueing skills and gain a much needed level of confidence to lead a small group through a workout. You get a lot of hands on practice to workout any kinks in your performance as the group leader. I am really glad I took this course and I highly recommend it to any one who has reservations about leading a TRX suspension class. You'll walk away with a whole new perspective on your ability to lead the workout.
I was privileged to have noah rolland, michael piercy,and susane pata, 3 excellent trx trainers in one room for this workshop, it was great a non stop day of knowledge along with other excellent . personal and group trainers each trx class i take makes me that much better at what i do and makes me come home and buy another con ed class. this class itself was so great and was totally unexcpected the way it was layed out. Great instructor, but this class content could have been taught in 3 hours and for half the price. Or it could be folded into another training with other content. As is, not really a stand alone course.
