Great quality product. The only change I would recommend is to explain the movements in a separate video clip. I put the video on my iPhone and take it to the gym to complete the work out. The three levels of explanations for each TRX movement wastes time when doing the work out. If not for that I would give this a five star rating. The athletes set the example and the instruction is clear and concise.
