Very basic workout and not worth the money. More content is needed for the price. TRX needs to create more value with workouts.
Not what I expected. It's more like a tutorial video than an actual workout. No new exercises. These are the same exercise moves that's on the other videos. Disappointed!

Excellent power workout! Would be nice if the pdf file for the workout included coaching cues for each exercise.
