Here is a TRX high intensity interval workout from BJ Gaddour.
TRX Interval Workout
Alternate between 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest for each exercise in the following circuit followed by a one minute rest and transition. Repeat this six minute sequence up to five times for 30 minutes total.
- TRX Lunge (L)
- TRX Lunge (R)
- TRX Chest Press
- TRX Low Row
- TRX Standing Roll Out
This workout uses advanced exercises and, at times, an optional multiple TRX setup. The key is to focus on the workout template itself and regress or progress exercises as needed. For example, you can perform the TRX Chest Press with one TRX instead of two and decrease your body angle to make the exercise less difficult.
