The Rip Rotation:
Set Up: Stand sideways to the anchor, with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bent. Hold the Rip Trainer at your hip with the hand closest to the anchor facing up and the other hand facing down.
Movement: Rotate your torso 90 degrees away from anchor point, then
rotate back to the starting position.
