Here is a devastating Rip Training workout from TRX Master Trainer, Casey Stutzman, that will work your legs, butt, back and arms, as well give you some serious cardio conditioning in no time. These are what Stutzman calls “hurricane sets,” two-minute circuits in which you perform a different exercise every 30-seconds with no rest between movements. Stutzman combines a movement that is high speed and metabolically demanding with a movement that is more strength and balance focused. If you are wondering why he calls these high-intensity intervals "hurricanes," give this one a shot, and you’ll probably get the picture. 

Perform 30 seconds of each of the following movements with no rest:

  • Rip Reverse Lunge with a Knee Drive to Row (Left)
  • Rip Baseball Swing (Left)
  • Rip Reverse Lunge with a Knee Drive to Row (Right)
  • Rip Baseball Swing (Right)

These hurricane sets are an excellent tool for getting an intense and effective workout in a time crunch especially by utilizing the Rip Trainer’s unique combination of asymmetrical loading and elastic resistance.
