Rip Training Metabolic Conditioning Workout With Fraser Quelch

TRX was graciously invited to board the USS Bonhomme Richard to lead a 7am P.T session. Here, TRX Head of Education, Fraser Quelch, takes you through the same intense Rip Training sequence that he lead for the service members stationed on board earlier that morning. The exercises include:

  • Rip Slap Shot
  • Rip Pitchfork
  • Rip Paddleboard
  • Rip Punch

(NOTE: Perform 30 seconds of each movement on each side.) Fraser also led attendees through the TRX FORCE: Mission Readiness Challenge and the Rip 40/40/40 Challenge (40 seconds of right punches, 40 seconds rest, 40 seconds of left punches).
