It has been raining quite a bit this past week here at TRX HQ in San Francisco. Rain in San Francisco means snow in the mountains. When you hit the slopes, you want to make sure your body is ready for the amount of strain you are about to put on it as you fly down the hill, dodging trees and leaping off of jumps.
