Why do climbers always seem so lean and strong? Well, aside from the mandatory uphill approach with pack full of climbing gear to get to their favorite crag, constantly working to pull your body weight up by your finger tips on ever steepening ground does not reward those with extra cushion.

Pull ups are one of the most difficult exercises for many to master. They are challenging at the best of times and can certainly be discouraging when you first set your mind to overcoming the pull up hurdle. Cyclist, Fitness Writer and TRX enthusiast Andrew Vontz has created a cool video to show how to use the TRX to help anyone progress to doing full and free pullups.
