This Friday is 11/11/11. According to fitness bootcamp and metabolic training expert BJ Gaddour, a special date calls for a special workout. He's put together this awesome ab challenge, consisting of 11 reps of each of the following movements with 11 seconds of rest between each movement:
- TRX Side Plank Headlock (L)
- TRX Side Plank Headlock (R)
- TRX Front Plank Circles
Perform 11 total rounds and time yourself. Try to shave off time from workout to workout!
