TRX Giant Sets Workout

Metabolic training expert BJ Gaddour is back to show us two agonist giant set routines using the TRX Suspension Trainer. An agonist giant set pairs three or more competitive exercises that target the same body zone or movement pattern to create as much muscular tension as possible to spark new growth and boost metabolism. There are also antagonist giant sets, which pair three or more non-competitive exercises like an upper body, lower body and core exercise and work great for more of a general fitness and fat loss emphasis. The bottom line for both is you'll accomplish a lot of work in a minimal amount of time. Check out these two killer agonist TRX Giant Sets.
