TRX In The News January 2014

From the glossy pages of Glamour Magazine to the sweaty field tests of Outside Magazine’s  “Perfect Home Gym,” January proved to be an exciting month for TRX Training in the news. Find out what everyone’s saying about the world’s leading functional-training brand in this month’s media round up:

Glamour Magazine
"One of the hardest things about trying to stay in shape in January is that gyms are packed with fellow resolution makers—plus, there's that whole going-out-in-the-cold thing. Why not work out in the comfort of your living room? I asked the folks at TRX to build a custom 15-minute workout for us. And they did!"

Outside Magazine:
“The Perfect Home Gym: Time to chuck the ab-blaster and sell the ellipti-trainer. All you need for your ultimate home fitness center is these key essentials.”

Maxim Magazine:

“CONVENIENCE: The good thing about using TRX at the gym is you don’t have to move from workout station to workout station. And if I can’t make it to the gym, I’ll workout in my apartment with the at-home set.”

Inside Lacrosse:
“TRX has created a TRX Rip Training program specifically for the needs of lacrosse players, targeted towards youth, high school and college players. The soon-to-be released workout will star Peter Baum alongside youth athletes and is ultimately designed to help players increase rotational power, total-body agility and left/right balance for peak on-field performance.”

"The TRX Suspension Training System is an invaluable tool for triathletes because of its emphasis on single-leg training and stability -- two things we multisporters need to prevent injury and improve athletically."

Self Magazine:
"Trim on the go with TRX, the packable strap-and-handle suspension system. You lift and lower your body, sculpting curves from every angle."

Men’s Fitness:
“Build full-body functional strength, stability and flexibility using hundreds of exercises (workouts included) with the TRX Home Suspension Kit. Equipped with door and suspension anchors, your room is your new fitness haven.”

American Fitness:
"Randy Hetrick has become a role model in the fitness industry. He is internationally renowned for inventing the TRX Suspension Trainer and being the founder and CEO of TRX, one of the top, growing million-dollar empires in sports and fitness.”
