TRX Lower Body Exercises

Fraser Quelch, TRX Director of Training and Development, shows us a great cool combo that focuses on the lower body by combining the TRX Crossing Balance Lunge with the TRX Hip Hinge for a great emphasis on the legs, especially the hamstrings, and the glutes. Progressions include adding a hop between the exercises.
