SESSION 1
TRAINING FOR YOUR BEST DAY

This session is designed to set the tone for the weekend. Featuring an opening talk by Rudy Reyes, former Marine, martial arts expert, actor, and fitness coach, followed by an inspiring workout illustrating what a powerful training experience looks and feels like, a red-thread topic at this year’s Summit.

SESSION 2
TRX TRAINING IN 90 MINUTES
Providing a high level overview of many of the most powerful elements that shape the TRX Training System, this fast-paced session sets the stage for creating the ultimate TRX Training Experience. It is the perfect example of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.

SESSION 3
TRX HIIT TRAINING, NEXT LEVEL HIIT
This session takes a deep dive into maximizing the effectiveness of this highly sought after style of training, safely. This includes best practices on programming, and how to use HR data to evolve the application of HIIT in common training environments.

SESSION 4
TRAINING LENSES 2.0
Unravel the complexity of managing programming variables using the TRX Training Lenses. This simple and efficient system will give you the tools to plan, evaluate, and optimize your training and programming for any group and environment.

SESSION 5
TRX RELOAD, FOR RESULTS
This session addresses how to reap the benefits of hard work - while enhancing durability - through quick and efficient recovery. This often overlooked element of fitness will allow you to maximize the effects of each training session, while yielding high quality returns and results.

TRAINING THROUGH THE AGES & STAGES
Deliver optimal results, regardless of age or stage. This powerful session defines the importance of tailoring training experiences for people who fall into several common stages. We will explore factors such as mindset, age, motivators, coaching style, training emphasis, and more.

SESSION 7
TRAINING UnPlugged: BALANCING TECHNOLOGY & PERFORMANCE
The skillful application of exercise data can transform and enhance coaching effectiveness and member/client experience. Learn how to understand and leverage technology, without getting bogged down in it. This session explores the subtle balancing act of when to log in, and when to unplug.

SESSION 8
DELIVERING YOUR EXPERIENCE
A fitness experience is defined by what one’s senses tell them about the activity in question.  While most people rate their workout based on relatively simple metrics (did I sweat?; was I out of breath?), we will show you how to develop a template for delivering your own personalized TRX Experiences, considering factors such as culture, voice, expectations, and emotions.
