The TRX® functional training tools or exercise products identified below are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, and are fit for normal use for their intended purpose. Carefully inspect the product before using the equipment. Check any TRX product for broken or damaged parts, as well as frayed, torn, or other damaged components.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers defects in manufacture and materials in your new and genuine TRX® functional training or exercise products purchased through Fitness Anywhere LLC (“TRX”) or an authorized re-seller.
WHO DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY COVER & HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
This limited warranty covers the original purchaser only and does not cover injuries or damages to third parties using the products. The Warranty Period duration is listed by product in the table below and starts from the date of delivery of the applicable product to the end-user.

WHAT WILL TRX DO?
At its discretion, TRX will repair or replace any defective TRX® products covered by this limited warranty, offer credit, or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?
The terms of this limited warranty provide the exclusive and sole remedy available to you.
This limited warranty is limited as follows:
- This limited warranty only applies to authentic TRX® functional training or exercise products identified above.
- Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
- This limited warranty does not cover any problems with any TRX products identified herein which result from: (a) accident, neglect, modification, abuse or misuse of the product; (b) failure to use the products properly or exposure of the products to variations in ambient environmental conditions (including, for example, changes in heat, humidity, or moisture, including water saturation); (c) impact damage, normal wear and tear, indentations, scratches or surface damage (including paint flaking on products, abrasions caused by failure to use or maintain the product properly); (d) product deterioration or variations in color or marking that are ordinarily expected based on ordinary use or develop over time because of natural processes such as exposure to sunlight; (e) use of the products for a purpose other than the normal purpose intended or in abnormal use conditions; or (f) any further use of the products undertaken after a defect has been discovered.
- This limited warranty supersedes any other representations and TRX specifically DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. In no event shall any implied warranty imposed by operation of law exceed the shortest applicable Warranty Period under this limited warranty or otherwise imposed by operation of law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
HOW DO YOU GET SERVICE?
To request any warranty service, please provide us proof of your purchase. For a replacement, PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF YOUR CLAIM WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF WHEN YOU DISCOVERED THE DEFECT to: TRX Customer Service, 1660 Pacific Ave, San Francisco, CA 94109.

Once your product has been authenticated by a Customer Service Representative, you will be issued an RA # and instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to TRX.
After the product is received, a TRX product expert will inspect it and contact you within three (3) business days to give you the results of the inspection. If your product is not covered under this limited warranty, it will be sent back to you.
TRX will pay the return shipping cost for all products that are covered under this limited warranty.
Any products sent to TRX without an RA # will be refused and returned to sender.
