what can i say it's just complete....
very disappointing...the TRX portion is really basic and it does not show ways to integrate KBs with the TRX...I have been training with KBs for a long time and I have come up with much better use of the two together...if you are a beginner and never used KBs and/or the TRX this is for you as Pavel is a tremendous teacher, if you (like me) were expecting advanced techniques or ideas, you'll be disapointed...I am contemplating returning it. Sorry just an honest review.
I had been using the TRX for a little over 2 years and had experienced all of the more challenging workouts including the strength workout and the force training workout and was an absolute convert to this great and simple system of exercise. When I saw the kettlebell workout advertised and watched the sample video I was very excited to try this new workout on for size. I have always gone after the more challenging and demanding type of workouts and had progressed with the TRX to the point where I needed a more strenuous challenge. I found that challenge with the addition of this 300 year old gym in your hand called the kettle bell. The workout is incredibly intense and demanding, and to go through the entire 10 sets with a 53 pound kettle bell will kick your tail to say the least. This stuff is not for the faint of heart or those who are not in above average condition. Just learning the proper technique to use the kettle bell without injury is mandatory before attempting the workout. I am so grateful for being introduced to the kettle bell; I absolutely love it and am hooked! If not for this awesome workout DVD I would never have even tried kettle bells. Thank you Fitness Anywhere, you are the best!!!! Just let me repeat once more, this stuff is very hardcore, so if you really like a challenge donâ€™t hesitate to buy this DVD and expand for physical potential beyond your wildest dreams. Your strength will go through the roof and your endurance will reach heights you never believed you where capable of.
This is a killer work out that can challenge every level of athlete. Having some basic familiarity and experience in training with kettle bells will help so make sure you watch the kettle bell primer on the DVD. I am glad I did because it helped me improve my technique doing Turkish get-ups! The work out is fast paced, creative and challenging. Highly recommend adding this DVD to your training library.
