Resistance Options

TRX Strength Bands are mapped to specific weight ranges so you can customize workouts and easily track progress. Use TRX Bandit with our 5-15lb blue band, 15-30lb green band, 25-50lb yellow band, and 35-70lb orange band.

The more you stretch it, the heavier it feels

To use the lowest weight, leave some slack in your band by standing closer to your anchor point. To increase the challenge, choke up on the band to shorten its length.

Zero stretch = zero weight
Fully stretched = max weight
Halfway stretched = half the max weight
