We are thrilled to announce that YBell Fitness has won a 2021 Women’s Health Fitness Award for our YBell Neo as the Best Free Weights!

After 12 months of testing and reviewing more than 1,000 exercise machines and fitness accessories, the editors of Women’s Health magazine, along with certified personal trainers, selected YBell among 75 products recognized for advancing the fitness industry with innovation and cutting-edge technology.

“This is an awesome tool because it does so many different things,” said Editor-in-Chief Liz Plosser as she demonstrated the YBell Neo on NBC’s TODAY show on December 7. “You can do dumbbell, kettlebell, medicine ball, and push-up stand exercises with the YBell simply by switching your grip.”

In the magazine’s December 2020 issue, the YBell Neo is described this way: “Meet the kettlebell’s cooler cousin. If you’re limited on space, this 4-in-1 tool will be a lifesaver.” Plosser also notes that the YBell app features easy-to-follow workouts for people of all fitness levels.

Editors acknowledge that the Women’s Health Fitness Awards “set the bar high,” aiming to “create the ultimate guide to the best exercise equipment to make your home gym feel sweet and complete.”

Categories included Game-Changing Activewear, Great Outdoor Gear, Get Connected, Only the Essentials, and Epic Investments. Among many other high-profile winners were the Peloton Bike+, CLMBR Connected, and the Apple® Watch Series 6.

This is the third consecutive year of the Women’s Health Fitness Awards, and the magazine serves more than 36 million readers each month across all its platforms.

The YBell was thoughtfully designed to be the one piece of equipment for Every Body and accommodate female and male fitness enthusiasts, beginners, returning exercisers, and athletes. With its versatility, it saves users, fitness professionals, and gyms both space and money.

And we’re excited to share that the ultra-popular YBell Neo will be joined in 2021 by the YBell Arc Series, with weights lighter than the Neo Series, as well as the YBell Pro Series with heavier weights.

As our U.S. headquarters celebrates an incredibly successful six months, we are eager to continue fueling exercisers and the fitness industry globally with new, innovative products; accredited fitness education; and a progressive app that provides evolving workouts and an interactive connection to the larger YBell community.

The Women’s Health Fitness Award joins four design awards bestowed on the YBell to date: The Red Dot Design Award; the iF Design Award 2020 for Design Excellence in the Outdoor, Sports & Leisure Category; the International Design Excellence Awards 2019, Gold Winner; and the Australian Good Design Awards 2019, Best in Class, Sport & Lifestyle.
