TRX has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead the TRX online stores for both global consumers and B2B customers. This role focuses on globalizing consumer eCommerce and taking our B2B website to the next level. This person will implement a global eCommerce solution along with owning conversion and revenue KPIs.

With an initial focus on launching a global eCommerce solution in key countries, this person will be responsible for ensuring strong fulfillment, customer service, translations, pricing, and localized marketing opportunities are implemented. Once launched, this Manager will be responsible for product information updates, site features and functionality, and operational excellence in demand planning.

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Business Operations Manager for our rapidly growing segment of the company that develops experience-based digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee the general operations of our On Demand, Virtual, and Boutique Studio platforms and ensure that logistical needs are met. You will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business by communicating with clients and managing client accounts, as well as coordinating with coaches/trainers, our production team, tech partners, and international team members. You will also help recruit new talent to the growing list of virtual trainers. You will be the primary point of contact for all relationship-based inquiries and will closely coordinate with the customer service team to ensure update-to-date training and education on all aspects of the TRX Training Club Operations (On-Demand, LiveStream, Virtual Personal Training and Physical Studio). This position will help drive operational efficiencies throughout the TRX Training Club environment.

In this role, you will oversee all of the business process needs of the TRX Experience Company and ensure that logistical needs are met. You will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business by communicating with clients and managing client accounts, as well as coordinating with the coaches/trainers, production team, tech partners, and international team members. You will also help recruit new talent to the growing list of virtual trainers. You will be the primary point of contact for all relationship-based inquiries and will closely coordinate with the customer service team to ensure update-to-date training and education on all aspects of the TRX Experience Company service operations. This position will help drive operational efficiencies through current and effective business process methodologies throughout the TRX Experience Company environment. In general, the Business Process Manager evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes. You will work to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with TRX’s strategic goals directly related to the TRX Experience Company and digital platforms.
