Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

ENTRANT ELIGIBILITY. An "Entrant" is a person who (i) is a legal resident of the United States, (ii) is at least 18 years old and has reached the age of majority in the state in which he/she resides as of the time of entering the Sweepstakes, (iii) is not on the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security’s Denied Persons or Entity Lists, is not on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, and is not on the US Department of Commerce’s Table of Denial Orders, and (iv) complies with the Method of Entry & Entry Requirements in Section 4 below. Officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, partners, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their promotion agencies, as well as, members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live), and those persons living in the same household with such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

ENTRY PERIOD. Begins 12:00 a.m. PST on October 29, 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. PST on November 2, 2025.
During this time, TRX and BlazePod will promote the giveaway on social media channels.
Winner will be selected and announced on November 3, 2025.

METHOD OF ENTRY & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.

To participate on Instagram during the Entry Period, an Entrant must:


1️⃣ Like the official giveaway post.
2️⃣ Comment and tag a friend. — each friend tagged counts as an additional entry (separate comments).
3️⃣ Follow @trxtraining and @blazepod on Instagram.

Entries that do not meet all requirements or use multiple/fake accounts will be disqualified.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta. You are providing information to TRX and BlazePod, not Instagram.

SELECTION OF WINNERS & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on November 1, 2025.

BlazePod will coordinate directly with the winner to fulfill and ship the prize.

TRX and BlazePod will never request payment or financial information.

Winner must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize and may be required to confirm eligibility.

If no response is received within that time, an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions by the Sponsors are final.

PRIZES.

One (1) Winner will receive:

  • (1) TRX Pro4 Suspension Trainer ($289.95)

  • (1) TRX Bandit ($74.95)

  • (1) BlazePod Trainer Kit ($439.00)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $803.90

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of the prize. Acceptance constitutes permission for TRX and BlazePod to use winner’s name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS. Information submitted by Entrants is subject to TRX’s Privacy Policy and BlazePod’s Privacy Policy. By entering, Entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with those policies.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsors are not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or late entries, or any other issues that interfere with participation. Sponsors may disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering or violating these Rules. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RELEASE. By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless TRX, BlazePod, Meta, Instagram, and their employees, officers, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or prize use, including injury, loss, or damage of any kind.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION. All disputes arising under or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
