Honestly one of the best and most important DVD that you can have. All the corrective exercise, stretches and mechanics make it a must have. Justin price and TRX really did a great job on this one!
My clients have enjoy the mobility, flexibility, and core activation they have been experiencing exercising on the TRX. An excellent training tool to improve alinements and every exercise executed on the TRX is a core exercise. Not to mention the great result I have personally seen in myself.
Was disappointed with this DVD. Thought the instructor did a poor job of explaining. Plus, I own almost every DVD that fitness anywhere has produced... it is much of the same stuff over and over... and over again. Train Like the Pros, and Team Sports are good titles. Trainer Basics is good too. Pretty much that is all you need.
My clients love the stretches! I started by useing 3 or 4 of the stretches in my cooldown and I can't get my clients to leave ... they want more. What I like most about this DVD is that it reminds me to slow down and take care of myself. I was in a car accident as a young teen and the rotating hip and back stretch, side bend with rotation and trunk rotation were worth the price. My back and neck thank you.
