It is essential to learn the fundamentals. Foundational movement is the key to success for all our clients
The info on cuing the plank was very valuable.
All the education pieces that come out of the TRX group are more evolved than the last. I know I will continue to dig deeper into movement with their courses.
This was my first training course after becoming certified through NASM this year. It was great to have in person instruction to help learn proper technique and cues for instructing others with various types of equipment. I was really impressed with the instructor's knowledge and enthusiasm for what she does.
